Revitalization was key to the success of Wazee Exchange project. Updating this historic downtown building brought about huge challenges including; ADA compliance, community engagement, and staying true to the historic nature of the area and building. The building was restored to its original beauty through thoughtful research and understanding of its new function as an office building.
